Position Overview
We are seeking a highly organized and results-driven Maintenance Project Manager to oversee and execute maintenance projects across our portfolio. This role is critical in ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards while maintaining strong relationships with vendors and internal teams.


Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and coordinate multiple maintenance and capital improvement projects from start to finish
  • Develop project timelines, track progress, and ensure timely completion
  • Communicate effectively with vendors, contractors, and internal teams
  • Conduct regular follow-ups to ensure accountability and project alignment
  • Identify and resolve issues proactively with strong problem-solving skills
  • Maintain detailed records of project scope, budgets, and progress updates
  • Ensure compliance with company standards, safety regulations, and quality expectations
  • Support budgeting and cost control efforts across projects

  • Proven experience in maintenance, construction, or project management
  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills
  • Strong vendor management and relationship-building capabilities
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • Demonstrated ability to follow through and ensure completion of tasks

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Preferred Skills
  • Experience in property management or multifamily housing
  • Familiarity with work order systems and project tracking tools
  • Budget management experience
